Mothers Day Family Day Out

The day out was great in all respects. But we had been given a gift and could choose anything up to the gift price. We knew we had to buy the experience before Sunday, but thought, due to all the BuyaGift pages saying, 'valid for a year', that once noted it was valid for a year. No. The experience had to be taken by the expiry date too and that's not made clear enough. Luckily we had decided to do it now so did not lose out. It costs £20 to extend the voucher. So I'd say, don't bother with an open voucher that can be used for anything, get the experience itself. Added to which, I was emailed a load of cheaper offers for the same experience but couldn't use them as I had been given a gift voucher. It was all a bit frustrating, but the day out, seeing the animals and tea were great.

I had not been to the cinema for like 3-4 years and normally I would not treat myself to go. But I got this for a Christmas present and went to go an watch the new James Bond film it was very cool with my girlfriend. The process of getting the code to then book the tickets was very simple and self explanatory. So I would recommend this as a present to anyone particularly someone who does not go to the cinema very often.

I was given this gift by my partner as a birthday suprise, it was absaloutly amazing.

Much appreciated gift which gets us out and about. It will repay it's value many times. Only complaint is that the form which is sent out online could not be typed in. So, we had to contact English Heritage for help. They also were unable to access the Buyagift site. The membership gift is great - redeeming it was a hassle.

We had such an amazing experience! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Every member of staff was so helpful and went out of their way to support us. A gentleman called Olwen gave exceptional customer service — he truly stood out. The whole experience was beautiful, and it honestly felt like we were in a different country.
