Mother’s Day Gifts from Daughter

Organisation was slick. Welcoming and informative at the start, relaxing treatment with experts and to finish a wonderful cream tea.

I received a buy a gift voucher for my birthday 23 months ago and forgot all about it! Thankfully I remembered just before it expired and I purchased tickets to see Book of Mormon as a birthday trip! It was a great show and the voucher prompted me to buy the tickets.

We had a lovely time using the facilities definitely visit again also recommend. Staff were helpful an friendly. We chose the full body scrub treatment left our skin lovely an soft.

Very friendly staff with actually good singers and dancers. Food was ok. Chicken tenders tasty but waffles too sweet. The staff kept us topped up. I think the cocktails were too sweet .I prefer classic cocktails rather than party house creations. Anyway we had a good time although probably a more fun vibe in evening but even early afternoon it was still fun. Plus they teach you to dance

Have to say this gift for my bday was great. Lovely place slug and lettuce Sutton Coldfield. Very tentative staff. Great variety of food.

The day out was great in all respects. But we had been given a gift and could choose anything up to the gift price. We knew we had to buy the experience before Sunday, but thought, due to all the BuyaGift pages saying, 'valid for a year', that once noted it was valid for a year. No. The experience had to be taken by the expiry date too and that's not made clear enough. Luckily we had decided to do it now so did not lose out. It costs £20 to extend the voucher. So I'd say, don't bother with an open voucher that can be used for anything, get the experience itself. Added to which, I was emailed a load of cheaper offers for the same experience but couldn't use them as I had been given a gift voucher. It was all a bit frustrating, but the day out, seeing the animals and tea were great.

Great customer service, buy a gift deal made it good value.
