Birthday experience
Really enjoyed the carnivore combo - includes a good mixture of animals and interactions. Unfortunately the Servals weren't interested in being fed, however the zoo staff were amazing and instantly took us to feed the Bobcats instead who were more than happy to get some extra food! The experience is really well organised. Originally at the meeting point there was quite a large group of us on this experience, however the zoo staff split us into 2 smaller groups and rotated us around the different interactions which meant we got a good amount of time at each of the animal interactions.

Wrong experience
We bought a meerkat and lemar experience. Hoo zoo booked us on a meerkat only experience over the phone. When this was challenged they said they couldn't do anything. Little girl very disappointed

Great experience
Really enjoyed this experience at Hoo Zoo, the keeper was great and the animals were great fun - the zoo itself was a little disappointing in some areas but all the animals were fab

A brilliant day
An amazing day from start to finish.The staff are so friendly and professional.

Great experience, easy to arrange
We treated ourselves to this experience and had a great time. We purchased the "add on" tickets, so we could spend the day here, before our experience time. There was just a small group- 3 couples, so we could all have a share in the feeding and fussing. A nice day out! Plenty of shaded areas too, much needed on a particularly exceptionally hot day, both for human visitors and the animals too. We didn't expect to enjoy the dinosaurs, but there was a wow from both my husband and I so that was a bonus!!! We used a groupon voucher, but have been singing praises to others, so this place will get more visitors coming on our recommendations! Thank you for giving us a Funday Monday!
