Gutted
Experience of buying through buy a gift was fantastic and easy to book and priced well.
Unfortunately, on the day of the experience, we were held up on the m25 due to an accident a mile away from the venue which meant we were going to be late for the experience.
Drift limits have poor customer service and the only way to contact them to advise of our lateness was via email. We were advised after about 20 minutes or so that the day was fully booked and that we would need to rebook the experience. So we ended up having to drive back home again. 3 emails later it is now clear that they want to charge us for the entire booking again. Whilst I know this is business I feel cheated out of this experience. The amount they want to charge to rebook is more than what I paid for it in the first instance. We are left very dissatisfied and disappointed since we left in good time to arrive half hour before the actual arrival date and would only have been 15 mins late once we were back on the road again.
