If you’ve ever wanted to become a pilot, this is your chance to turn your dreams into a reality. This incredible flying lesson will arm you with the knowledge you need to fly a real light aircraft for the very first time. Your day will start with an introduction to your expert instructor who will be responsible for teaching you all the basic manoeuvres required. With his in-depth instructions, you’ll feel confident enough to really enjoy taking control of the plane. You will be fully familiarised with the cockpit before taking to the air. Your instructor will demonstrate the plane's capabilities and then it’s your turn to put what you have learned into practice. When you land, your family and friends will be on hand to welcome you back down to earth, making this a wonderful day out for the whole family to enjoy.

What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Minimum age: 12 years (14 years at Paisley, Marlow and Northamptonshire)
• If you are over 15st/101kg or 6'4" you will need to state this to the receptionist prior to booking as you may need to pay a surcharge on the day to be upgraded to a larger aircraft
• This experience is not suitable if you suffer from epilepsy, vertigo or are pregnant
• All lessons are subject to weather conditions on the day – you are advised to call the supplier on the morning of your lesson to check
• Participants under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to be with them on the day
• At the Chipping Norton location you will be flying a powered glider
• Facilities and planes will vary between locations and the images used here are a guide only
• Spectators are welcome to use the clubhouse for food and drinks
• You must become a member free of charge on the day to be covered by insurance
