Couples massage
Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and not what I expected for a 50-minute couples massage. My session lasted only around 30 minutes, and about 10 of those were spent using a massage gun, something I could easily do myself at home. That’s not what I paid for, nor what I wanted from a professional massage.
The masseuse was also clearly unwell, constantly sneezing and blowing his nose throughout the session, which made it uncomfortable and concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Although I had mentioned a few target areas, one of them being my lower back, this was completely ignored. The massage itself was overly painful and left me feeling worse afterward. It ended very abruptly, without any relaxing finish or sense of closure.
My partner’s massage (in a separate room) seemed fine, as she had no complaints about her therapist. However, my experience was poor value for money and far below expectations.
