60 Minute Alpaca Walk for Two with Charnwood Forest Alpacas

If you are animal mad and love getting up close and interacting with new and exciting animals, this alpaca experience is perfect for you and a fellow animal lover! Nestled on the Derbyshire and Leicestershire border, Charnwood Forest Alpacas is home to a range of premium breed and characterful alpacas, some of which you will be able to interact with as you are partnered up with one of the animal for a 60 minute long walk around the farm. On arrival, you’ll receive a drinks voucher, which can be used for a hot mug of tea or coffee at any point throughout the day, and will enjoy a short safety brief and demonstration from the expert alpaca handlers on how to lead these animals. Once you have become acquainted with your new alpaca friend, you can enjoy a walk around the grounds, with plenty of fantastic photo opportunities along the way – so be sure to remember your camera and capture some great memories from the day!

What do I need to know?

• Under 15’s should be accompanied by an adult
• You should wear suitable clothing for your outdoor experience and sturdy footwear- sun cream for summer/waterproof for winter
• Your experience should be booked in advance
