What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• This voucher is valid for two adults and two children
• Available Thursday to Sunday, year round, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day
• This experience is held between 9am and 4pm
• Children aged 2 and under visit for free with a paying adult
• There is a 15 minute health and safety talk before the experience begins
• It is advised to wear suitable clothing and footwear. Suncream and hats for the summer and waterproofs and wellies for wetter days
• Do not touch pregnant sheep or lambs and thoroughly wash your hands after being around any other animals, especially before consuming food
• You can purchase alpaca feed on the day of your visit, payable directly to the supplier
• Due to the terrain, this venue cannot authorise wheelchairs, push-chairs or walking aids
• This experience runs during all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe
