Every big kid has had this fantasy at some point. Now you can turn those dreams into reality as you take a real tank out for a spin with this awesome tank driving experience in Leicestershire. You’ll be kitted up in army overalls before your instructor helps you get used to the unique operating controls of this mighty monster. Drive with the hatch up first to get the hang of commanding the FV432 tank, as your instructor guides you around the site. Then, when you feel confident, go for the full experience as you sit right inside, using only the periscope to navigate. It’s sure to be a thrilling driving experience to remember!

What do I need to know?

• Available on selected Wednesdays and Fridays and weekends (£20 supplement), April–October
• Maximum weight: 22 stone
• Maximum height: 6'4"
• Minimum age: 16 years
• No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be permitted to participate
• You are free to contact the supplier to book a date for your experience
• A maximum of two passengers are allowed in the tank for an additional fee per person (minimum age eight) payable on the day
