What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two adults and two children
• Available week round, year round
• Please allow up to 90 minutes for the full experience
• Under 16s must be supervised by an adult
• A supplement charge of £2.50 per person applies for Saturday bookings, payable directly to the supplier
• A supplement charge of £10 per session for early (pre 10am) and late (post 10pm) sessions payable directly to the supplier
• Please make the supplier aware of any disabilities at point of booking
• Vouchers cannot be used between 16th - 31st December
• Vouchers must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance of session date
