Excellent afternoon tea
An amazing afternoon tea. Better than Betty's afternoon tea that we had recently. Nicely presented and a lovely hotel. I would recommend this to anyone. Teas and coffees were unlimited and had a good selection of teas to choose from.

We had afternoon tea at a well known lovely hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The quality of the food and overall presentation was of a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Afternoon Tea at The Haycock, Wansford
Unfortunately we had a bit of a rocky start as our telephone booking had not been added to their diary - all resolved by the manager on the day. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff attentive. Oddly the stunning menu booklet does not reflect what you are given so you don’t really know what you are eating. I loved the idea of the booklet but weird it is inaccurate?! The cutlery also is more akin to lunch than afternoon tea but this might have been because they had to quickly set up the table for us? Compliments to the chef though as the food was delicious.
