Reigate Manor
The afternoon tea was lovely but we were offered no prosecco. They only serve from 4-6pm and I felt they were waiting for us to leave.

Fine detail given too late.
The blurb for the gift said it was very flexible but gives no details plus doesn't say what hotels/places are participating. So I booked the gift and then tried to book the afternoon tea. The hotel I'd hoped was included was indeed part of the offering but upon calling found out you couldn't use deal Fri, Sat or Sun. Poor. If I'd had that detail before, I would not have booked. Small print like this should be available before committing to the gift. I am very disappointed and have had to book at the only other local place which I have been to before and is absolutely nowhere near as nice, at best distinctly average. Poor poor poor.

Table to small staff average, waited an hour for food and tea,food ok didn't feel welcome ,have had better experience at other hotels would not go back sorry

Sparkling Afternoon Tea for Two at Reigate Manor
Overall our time at Reigate Manor was mediocre, the afternoon tea was ok, was disappointed in the service. Had to ask for our glasses of Prosecco and also the mix of sandwiches wasn't great, tomato and advocado was tasteless. Nice surroundings, very peaceful but probably wouldn't recommend this as an afternoon tea destination
