What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Groups of up to six people may book together
• Available Monday-Thursday only, year round, in a morning session from 9.30am-1.30pm or an afternoon session from 2pm-6pm
• Available for pool swimming at all times except 10.30am-11.10am Monday-Friday; the sauna, steam room and whirlpool remain open during this time
• Treatment duration: 25 minutes
• Please inform the supplier of any medical conditions or health concerns when booking
• Please bring swimwear, flip flops and gym wear
• Robe and slipper hire is available to add for an additional fee of £7.50
