Between dips, the sauna and steam rooms are yours for as long as you can take the heat, and you'll head home thoroughly recharged.

• From 10.30am-11.10am Monday through Friday, the pool is unavailable for swimming; the sauna, steam rooms and whirlpool remain open
• Please bring flip flops, swimwear and gym wear
• Robe and slipper hire is available to add for an additional fee of £7.50
