A charming 700-year-old country manor house, this is an idyllic location for a spa day. Enjoy two spa treatments for a total of 50 minutes. Your treatment can be chosen from an extensive menu, including facials, body exfoliation and more. Make use of the modern facilities with access to the indoor swimming pool, thermal suite and state-of-the-art gym. Top everything off with a delicious afternoon tea. - Spa Access is 9:45am – 3:00pm
- The maximum group size is six people
- Please note, on Sundays only a maximum of 2 vouchers are accepted
- Bring flip flops, gym wear and swimwear on the day
- The pool is unavailable for swimming Monday-Friday from 10:30-11:10am. Sauna, Steam rooms and Whirlpool remain open
- Minimum age: 18 years
- After booking, you will be contacted by the spa before arrival to ask any required health questions and arrange any treatments that are part of your experience

Shambles
Was told on arrival that the booking was for 2 pm , this was not what i asked for , so unfortunately we didnt get to have any of it as we couldnt stay till 2 pm , disgusting and paid for absolutely nothing.

Spa with treatment for 2 and afternoon tea
I bought the vouchers online for myself and my husband. The booking process was very easy to follow. We loved our experience at Dukenhalgh. The staff were really helpful and the facilities were good. I was really chuffed that they also had options for dairy free/gluten free and halal. Our treatments were good too.

Buy a Gift? More Like Buy a Grift
I have never come across such inept and poor customer service in my life. Avoid this company at all costs. Contacted them directly to book my experience because even though it was listed in the catalogue, I was unable to book directly. The customer service person booked the wrong experience and to date I have spent over 7 hours on their chat service plus multiple emails trying to rectify this. Despite 6 weeks notice and multiple communications from me pointing out they booked the wrong experience (in a different country!) and asking them to rectify this, they allowed the date of the booking to pass and then contacted me the next day to say as the booking date had passed they can’t refund. I bought this as a gift for my parents last Christmas and it’s been nothing but stress and £100 down the drain. Worst retail experience I’ve ever had.

Lovely setting that would benefit from some TLC Friendly and helpful staff . The therapist and the treatments were lovely as was the afternoon tea. Will definitely recommend this spa experience and will be re booking myself soon
