Spa treatments
We loved every minute of our treatments I had the hot stone massage and my husband had the back ,neck and shoulder one, both of us felt so relaxed afterwards. The staff was lovely and so helpful we'll definitely be going back in the future 5 stars from us

Lovely day out
Had a lovely day with me wife celebrating our anniversary, Staff were very friendly and helpful, the robe and towel were free so didn’t have to pay extra which is a bonus, had the option to pay £5 got a padlock for the lockers which was refundable at the end of the day.
Payed extra £10 to for neck and back massage, was worth it my masseur I think was called Mai she was lovely.
2nd time going here, will be returning in the future.

Wonderful gift
The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. We were greeted with a welcome coffee, before a totally relaxed spa session and one of the best back massages I have ever had. Thank you to my gorgeous daughter for treating her mum and man.

I went to the Mercure Brands Hatch for a Blissful Soa Day with my friend .,We each had a 25min treatment and stayed at the Spa until 7.30pm and it was just the most relaxing time . Thank you
