The Crown Manor Hotel
Excellent service from all staff. They were very attentive. The ambience was very cosy. The only trouble I can say, is that I registered my buy a gift voucher, but it said sorry we are unable to redeem it. I phoned the Crown Manor Hotel and booked a reservation. When we got there I couldn't use the voucher, so had to contact the customer service. I eventually got the 16 digit number for us to get our afternoon tea. The manager was very helpful and registered my voucher. We travelled over an hour to gave this afternoon tea. Other than that everything else was fine.

Very polite staff. Food was delicious. Able to sit and enjoy and not feel hurried. Beautiful hotel with lots of character. Most enjoyable afternoon.

Superb event
My wife and I enjoyed the superb traditional afternoon tea at the Crown Manor House Hotel in Lyndhurst. The tea was quite substantial and the service was excellent, the staff being very attentive and polite.
