About the experience

At Barbican Botanics Gin Room, two guests begin with a welcome gin and tonic before exploring gin’s history with their host over a second gin and tonic. A guided tasting introduces four gin styles and more than 30 botanicals to choose from for a bespoke blend. With expert guidance throughout, guests will create and label their own gin before heading to the Gin Bar to enjoy a miniature sample and a gin and tonic made from their creation, along with a 350ml bottle to take home.

What do I need to know?

  • Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
  • Your voucher is valid for two people
  • Available Friday–Sunday, year round
  • Minimum age: 18 years; proof of age may be required
  • Please allow two hours for this experience. Sessions are at 12pm and 3pm
  • Smart-casual dress code
  • Toilets are on the first floor, accessed via steep, narrow stairs; this may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues
  • A 72-hour cancellation policy applies
  • Booking at least four weeks in advance is recommended
