What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• The Port Lympne Reserve and Safari winter season begins on Monday 20th November. During this time, they are open 10 am - 4 pm on Friday-Sundays and school holiday dates only. They will reopen 7 days a week for their spring season on Friday 29th March 2024
• Your park entry tickets and animal adoption pack will be sent to you via email
• The safari ride is subject to availability, and your safari spaces will not be valid until your booking is confirmed
• Minimum age: 16 +
