What do I need to know?

- Available on weekdays, year-round, excluding the Christmas period
- The reserve is open from 9:30am - 5pm, please check with the venue in case of any sudden closures
- Minimum age: 10 years. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
- Please note, the gorilla encounter itself takes place on the roof of the enclosure. This experience will not be suitable for guests in wheelchairs or with other mobility issues
- This experience may be unsuitable for those with nut allergies

Gorilla encounter
Me and my daughter came for the gorilla encounter today 29/6 what amazing experience to feed the silver back and his family ontop of there enclosure. It was an honour. I can’t recommend this experience enough. We had the best day. Thank you port lympne zoo I salute you

Great Day Out
Spent a super day at Port Lym Safari ride followed by feeding the gorillas and behind the scenes tour and chat with the keepers … Very memorable day!!

Great experience
A very worthwhile experience..feeding the Gorillas was an experience never to be forgotten..
The safari was also excellent..easily can spend a whole day there..

Lovely experience feeding the gorillas from the roof, we didn't get to do the scatter feed as they were all indoors due to the cold weather
