What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• This experience is available for two people
• This experience is available Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner, with the last booking at 6pm on Fridays
• Some date restrictions apply, including but not limited to bank holidays and internal Crazy Bear events
• Bookings must be made by 31st October 2025; the voucher is valid until 30th November 2025
• Please book at least six weeks in advance to secure your preferred date
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Set menus are fixed, with vegetarian and non-alcoholic alternatives available. Champagne is subject to change
• Please contact the venue before booking if you have dietary requirements, as not all can be catered for
• A 15% discretionary service charge applies to the food and drinks bill. Please note the venue operates as a cashless business
• Maximum of six voucher holders per table
• Once booked, the experience may be rescheduled once with 48 hours’ notice
