• Dress Code

  Wear comfy clothes you can move around in and don’t mind getting a little muddy with closed-toe and closed-heel shoes, no sandals or crocs; bringing gloves is recommended.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Changes and cancellations are available up to 48 hours before your session; cancellation terms apply. You can cancel an existing booking and receive a full refund excluding the booking fee or move your booking free of charge up to seven days before your activity. Children aged 13-15 can be supervised by a non-participating adult that must remain present in the room. If you have an existing injury, you will need to declare it and complete an additional form on the day. If you or anyone you are supervising has a pre-existing injury or medical condition including pregnancy that could affect your ability to participate safely or may increase your risk of injury, it is recommended that you do not take part; seek advice from your doctor if needed.
