About the experience
Climb aboard for a six-mile helicopter tour with a mini bottle of bubbly in hand, and feel the rotors bite as the ground drops away beneath you. After a full safety briefing, your pilot powers up and lifts you to 1,000 feet, where the countryside unrolls in every direction. Your pilot points out the local landmarks as you go, giving you a clear view from your seat in the sky during approximately five minutes of flying.
What do I need to know?

Exhilarating experience
I extended the flight (made a £20 donation to Air Ambulance) and booked the co-pilot seat, which was well worth it. The views were amazing, as was the entire experience.

So far disappointing
My daughter purchased me a helicopter flight from Newmarket. Tried to book but the location had moved to Duxford. Fair enough these things happen so rebooked. The flight was cancelled the day before due to operational limitations. I have flown myself for many years so understand that these things happen. The company appear to have a backlog from COVID-19 !! ( How much more can we blame on this?? ) Anyway the voucher has been extended until January 24. We will see what happens.

Terrible
Do not use, the vouchers are very restrictive as to where and when you can use them. If you want to use them when “normal people” socialise there’s a surcharge. They pass a lot of the purchases to a company called adventure experiences, who tell you they don’t recognise the voucher, when you contact them they are rude and unhelpful. AVOID
