• Available week round, year round
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience
• Minimum age: 7 years
• Maximum weight: 120kg
• This experience does not have disability access
• Trainers or boots are required; crocs, wellies or high heels are not permitted
• Gloves are recommended; you can bring your own or purchase them on the day
• For safety reasons, headscarves or scarves must not be tied, pinned or wrapped around the neck
• Participants aged 7–11 years require a participating adult aged 18 years or over for every three children
• Participants aged 12–17 years require a spectating adult aged 18 years or over for every seven children
• This experience is not suitable for people with certain medical conditions including circulatory problems, bone fragility or recent fractures, severe anaemia, and more; please contact the venue for a full list of restricted conditions
• Participants must complete a waiver before taking part
• Some medicines, including beta blockers and blood thinners, may prevent participation; please check before taking part
