• Available week round, year round
• Allow around one hour and 30 minutes for this experience
• Minimum height: 1.25m; maximum weight: 130kg
• One participating adult aged 18 years or over is required for every five children aged under 18 years
• Any participant under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over; in most cases, an adult must take part in the group unless otherwise stated
• An adult will usually need to take part in the group
• Everyone must be able to walk and be physically fit to take part
• Babies in arms are not permitted
• Wear warm, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and walking boots or trainers, and ensure arms and legs are covered if required during the activity

• The venue must be notified of any cancellations with seven days’ notice
