What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for three people
• Available Monday–Thursday during term time only, excluding December
• Opening times vary by location
• Minimum age: 8 years
• Minimum height for adults: 1.5 metres; maximum height: 6’4”
• Maximum weight: 18st
• Please allow approximately two hours for this experience; arrive 40 minutes before your drive time
• Soft shoes must be worn; heels, sandals, crocs and open-toed footwear are not permitted
• A balaclava must be worn under the helmet and can be purchased on arrival if required for £3.99
• Long hair must be tied back and jewellery, scarves or loose headwear must be removed before racing
• This experience is not suitable for those with heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy or conditions affected by exertion
• Alcohol, drugs and intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited; anyone who has, or appears to have, consumed alcohol, drugs or intoxicating substances cannot take part
• A dynamic risk assessment may be required for some participants regarding accessibility
• As the karts on your session are reserved for you on the grid, please be aware all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable
