lovely experience
This is a lovely experience. Ginza is a very smart restaurant and all the staff were fantastic. The waitress explained the different teas and all the unusual foods. Everything we ate was delicious, our favourites were the black cod croquettes and salmon Maki rolls. The included glass of champagne and an extra dessert plate for our anniversary made it extra special.
The only unusual thing was everything, savoury and sweet arrived at once so we had to request clean plates to eat our sweet things. Highly recommended.

Fab afternoon tea
The 2 of us had afternoon tea there, Daniel who served us was professional and efficient and really nice. He explained how the tea set worked and gave us time before all the puddings arrived. The food was good quality and the quantity was just right. We had a huge choice of tea, the savory stuff were very tasteful, the sweets were great, would highly recommend. Booking it was easy, Well done Daniel as well.

Food was still excellent- service less attentive
This is our second visit using the afternoon tea voucher meal. The food was as outstanding as we remembered it but the staff overall were less attentive. It felt a bit more superficial. The right noises were made but had to ask a number of times for the tea pots and the water bottle to be refilled.
Last time it felt more as a ceremony where there was a trolley with the different toes of tea on offer and we were offered matcha tea made for us at the end.
This time the service felt more conveyor belt and when I had asked for the bill I also asked whether there was any matcha tea and we were told that she thought we were in a rush. We were not offered it pro actively and as we were at that stage ready to go we declined. I wonder how many were offered the matcha after us.
The afternoon tea is very popular and still worth it just wish the staff would just pause a little bit.

Amazing gift
Truly an afternoon tea with a difference. Everything from the ease and speed to book to the afternoon tea itself was superb.
It was like no other and we would highly recommend it
