Bring a group of four to Manchester Cathedral for an off-peak visit to LUMINISCENCE, a vivid 360° walk-through experience that tells Manchester’s musical story. Video-mapped projections and rich sound design reimagine the cathedral’s architecture while Manchester Collectives Gospel Choir performs much-loved local anthems. A specially-written script by Tim Whitnall, voiced by Christopher Eccleston, ties the music and visuals together for an atmospheric 45 minutes you can share with friends, family or colleagues.

• This is a standing only, walk-through show; seating is available on request
• The venue is wheelchair accessible, with level access into the cathedral and step-free access to the rest rooms via an alternative route
• This experience is not fully adapted for deaf or visually impaired people and there are no additional audio guides or transcripts available
• This event includes strobe lights
