Pleasant staff , great massage and facial
From start to finish was fantastic. Pleasant staff, Therapist Becca was amazing giving me an awesome facial and back and shoulder massage. Had a wonderful Tea with selection of various sandwiches and scones. On the whole a very special treat for myself on the day and worth every penny spent.

Spa day
Fantastic myself and my wife attended and had a brilliant day. Staff were excellent courtius and helpful. Laura and Nicky who did our treatment were professional and explained everything. We will recommend this and will be doing again in the future.

Lack of clear booking information and tired facilities
When placing the booking it was not clear what needed to be done to arrange the times for the treatment or food. The massge was lovely as well as the afternoon tea. However the pool and steam room areas were very tired and in need of repair/better repairs. The changing rooms and treatment areas were lovely but the pool area let it down.
