About the experience
Reconnect and discover the power of mindfulness with a day retreat at Synergy Experiences. With a choice of locations across the UK, you’ll find the perfect setting for your tranquil retreat. Begin your escape with a gentle yoga flow, designed to release any tension or stress in the body and mind. Move onto guided mindfulness meditation and sound healing, get back to nature with a serene walk through the countryside and tuck into a tasty and nutritious lunch. This mindfulness retreat also includes affirmation art, where you can manifest your dreams and develop your creativity and 'mindfulness toolbox', which teaches you tools to bring mindfulness into your everyday life. Finish this blissful day with a final meditation practice. Looking to nurture the soul? Synergy Experiences offers the chance to unwind with some much needed ‘me time’.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for one person
- Available on Saturdays throughout the year
- Earliest start time is 9.30am and the latest is 11.30am
- You are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to register. Late arrival may mean that the booking is lost
- Please allow 5 hours 45 minutes for the full experience (including registration)
- Book at least four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment
- Wear comfortable warm clothing and footwear
- They will provide yoga mats if you don't have one
- Alcohol is strictly forbidden
- Bring a reusable water bottle, a blanket for meditation
- Two weeks prior to the retreat you will be sent a questionnaire to fill in. If you have a disabilities, injuries or limitations you will be offered an alternative activity on the day
- All dietary requirements can be catered for, but unfortunately not nut allergies
- Most venues have disability access (minus Bermondsey), but the walk activity may not suitable. (All activities are optional, if you are unable to attend the walk you will be provided with an alternative activity)
- The retreat is designed to help you disconnect. Mobile phones are not permitted during the retreat, in case of an emergency you will be given a number where you can be contacted
- The experience content, equipment used, and restrictions may vary per location

Great event/ problems with coupon
I absolutely loved this day of mindfulness. Our teacher was incredibly attentive and lovely.
My only problem was with Buy a Gift vouchers themselves - this was a gift from my Mom in Canada. She specifically got me a voucher for this, but when I went to book - Buy a Gift said I had the wrong voucher for the thing the voucher was for?! It was maddening and took months to sort between them, the mindfulness company and me. We got there in the end, but would have helped if buy a gift had assigned the correct code to begin with!
