Lovely spa but so loud
We arived to find there was an aqua aerobic class starting half an hour into our morning so most of the pool was shut and you couldn’t even sit in the sauna or steam room without hearing the music.
The treatment felt very rushed
The spa its self was very beautiful and had lots of potential, all staff were very friendly and helpful.
Lunch was a very good portion but not healthy after a spa session

Facial experience amazing, food disaster got wrong order and had to walk to another building in wet costume and robes.

Enjoyable experience although a number of facilities were not working.
I enjoyed my time here but was disappointed by the facilities. Overall if everything was working I think this would have been good value for money. The food was very good and the treatments excellent. However, I selected this location as it had a number of different spa facilities including different shows, a salt room, sauna, steam room and hyrdapool, but a number of these were not working. We were notified the day before the sauna was out and the hydrapool wouldn't be working, but the massage shower, aromatic shower and salt room were also not working. We were given a guest pass to use the facilties again as we left due to this but I think we only have 2 weeks to use it, so I will contact the spa and see if this can be extended as it is about an hour away.
