Fantastic food
Such a great trip. More than I expected. Tim great, breakfast and dinner were fabulous and made to use of the facilities. Can't wait to come back

Spa Breatk
I have never been so disappointed with a spa break.
When I booked the hotel using my voucher, I explained that I would like to book some treatments for my sister and myself and was told this could be done when I arrived. Which I have done at other venues I have gone to.
On arrival we went to our room and came back to the bar to have a drink and look through the treatment list. We were told that they had no information and we should look on line or walk over to the Health Centre.
Felt this was not good customer service but looked on line while enjoying our drink.
When we had finished we walked through the corridors until we reached the Health Centre.
On speaking to the reception staff there, we were informed that the treatment staff did not work on Mondays. This was obviously a shock, as this was not mentioned on booking the hotel for a Monday/Tuesday. When we asked what we could book for the Tuesday, we were told that there was only a 15 minute slot available for booking a treatment.
As you can imagine our Spar Break was not a spa break. The manager announced they were not classed as a spa hotel. If this is the case why is it called a spa break !!!!!
Apart from the comfortable bed and nice hot shower and lovely pool. The two days were a great disappointment, as this was bought as a SPA BREAK, which it obviously was not.
The Health Centre staff said they would take this up with the hotel and speak to the reception staff about giving out more accurate, helpfulful information when booking are made.

Stay in High Wych hotel
Lovely hotel but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
Breakfast was ok, but the coffee was horrible.

No hot water and a broken bed
Two single beds put together to make a double
Headboard broken
Noisy room had door outside which kept opening and shutting all night long!!
No hot water for duration of stay xx

Good spa facilities and golf course but not great food
nice pool, steam room and great grounds/golf course, the double room that we had on the ground floor was a bit outdated.
