fantastic gift

Disappointed
We were very disappointed with this hotel. I have left a list of grievances with the manager. The room we had was substandard. The carpet was old, threadbare And stained. The decor was marked. Curtains had paint on them. The bath panel didn’t fit. The toilet system had a flush handle which I haven’t seen for years. The furniture was ready for the skip. Fixed cupboard door was hanging off. Fire escape plan was for a different room. The evening menu was very limited and the cooked breakfast was cold. I have given it 2 stars as the spa facilities were ok.

We had such a lovely time at Kenwood Hall. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, great food and lovely room. We will definitely return.

Xmas gift
Lovely hotel although it looks tired in some areas. The grounds are stunning though! Not much choice on the dinner menu though what we did have was really nice - lots of choice at breakfast too.
