Lovely treatment. Poor spa
We visited today for a gifted spa day. If we'd been paying I would have been devastated. Let me say the treatment was lovely and ladies brilliant. BUT the pools with swimming lessons with shouted instructions is not relaxing and part of pool out of bounds. The thermal suite and pools are dirty and tired. Tiles missing in the pools, filthy vents rust and mould. precious little seating and none of it comfortable to relax on. As for the afternoon tea. the scones and cakes were overcooked and dry as dust. We spoke to people who pay for membership and they have similar complaints but say the management don't care. Not a place we will return to or recommend. Can't upload photos but shabbiness everywhere

Really enjoyable
Had a lovely day at Voco, enjoyed a swim, the steam room, ice room, another swim, then showered. The afternoon tea was lovely, happy with the sandwiches, the cakes not so much, but nice all the same. Then a little relaxation before our treatments, which for me was absolutely blissful ?? can't praise the girls enough, so professional and pleasant. A brilliant experience, can't wait to do it again. Went with my daughter, whose birthday treat this was.

We had a lovely day the treatments were very good and relaxing the afternoon tea was nice the only thing that let it down was the spa area which was in need of a refurbishment!

Excellent Day
I took my mum as a gift for xmas to the spa day,50 minute treatment and afternoon tea.
We went to the gym first before heading to our 50 mins treatment. The massage was so relaxing and was very well needed. We felt so refreshed after. We then headed to the sauna, steam room and ice room before going to the pool. After a nice relaxing couple of hours we then went for our afternoon tea. The staff were very friendly and made you so welcome. The afternoon tea was really nice with unlimited tea or coffee.
We both had an excellent day and nice for us to spend time together.
