About the experience
Slip away for a night at Moor Hall Hotel and Spa, a 4-star country house on the edge of Sutton Coldfield, where a superior double room, a full English breakfast and the run of the leisure club are all yours. Swim a few lengths in the pool, sink into the bubbling spa bath, then let the sauna and steam room quietly melt the week away. There's a gym too, if you'd rather earn your relaxation first. Surrounded by acres of West Midlands parkland, it's the sort of stay where doing very little feels like a real achievement.

Hopeless booking service
Was so hard to book where we wanted to. Took 5 days of chats and calls backwards and forwards between buyagift and the hotel. I must have spent over 6 hrs on calls chats or hold. The Vouchers were reset but hotel could not see. Was stuck processing for 20+ hrs . Would seriously question the value vs the stress for a simple weekend away

Outstanding
From the moment we arrived it was beautiful. The grounds are stunning, staff approachable friendly and informative.
Room was spotless so we're amenities. Highly recommend and we shall definitely return.
