Great facility
We really liked our time in the hotel. Dinner was lovely but unfortunately the breakfast time was a little inconvenient with finishing time at 9.30. When we are arrived at around 9.13 am the staff been already taking the food away so got a feeling that we should leave ASAP.

Overnight stay
We had a lovely stay here with 3 course dinner and glass of fizz, our only criticism was that we went on the hottest night of the year and there was no air con although we did have a fan but the whole building was very hot ( staff obviously not to blame).

Birthday gift
We renewed a couple of times as qe never got it together before the expiry date. Very easy to renew. No problems

Great stay
Lovely stay away from- unfortunately it did not include use of the spa which we had to pay extra for. Went with my daughter and we had to have it set up as a twin room. Very clean and tidy. Food was delicious and catered very well for the dietary requirements. Only criticism is that buying the package restricted us doing upgrades and would not let us add on another room without a full package again. Would be ideal for a couple but otherwise check with the venue for their deals
