About the experience
Sink into a full day of calm at Whittlebury Park, where a 50-minute ESPA Sensory Body Ritual and a two-course buffet lunch anchor the whole day. Your therapist begins with a full-body exfoliation before easing into a deeply soothing massage, so tension has nowhere left to hide. Between the quiet moments you'll drift from the 19-metre pool to the Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, and there's a gym waiting if you fancy a burst of energy first.
