Relaxing Break
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely break at the Crowne Plaza Marlow. Setting was lovely by a lake, the room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. Staff were knowledgeable of the area and helpful. Treatment and spa were just so relaxing and food at the hotel, delicious. Highly recommend.

We had a very relaxing stay. Room was fantastic. Spa treatment was great and Dinner was good also. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Had a lovely stay. Rooms clean and nice size. Food and service amazing. Only minus was no prosecco in room.

Spa excelent, dinner not so much
Spa was amazing, the lady doing massages was perfect. We had lovely time next to the pool relaxing. Rooms very spacious and clean. After a spa we deciaded we would sit and enjoy outside restaurant. Went to bar ordered some drinks, at the bar the was food menu, so i ask if i can order some food. Bartender direct me to restaurant. When ask at the restaurant, told i need to order at the bar??
Dinner time is very rushed, 3 course meal it was done within an hour. Our starters arrived before wine. Food is ok but not amazing, and it look like is prepared earlier.
Highly recommend to use spa, not so much dinner service

Nice venue, lovely spa
We really enjoyed our overnight stay sy Crowne Plaza. The venue is very relaxing and scenic. The therapists in the spa are fantastic. The back massage by Viktor was incredible. Food at dinner was really good although breakfast saw items running out with no replacements readily available which was a shame. We had to miss out on hash browns and beans as the rest of our breakfast would have gone cold.
Staff were really great except for on reception...... never told us the WiFi password, just wrote it on the key xard either mentioning it was there. Then at check out, gave us a bill for extras which did not itemise what the extras were. When we asked for clarity, he looked so put out and listed them in a very bored voice. All was in order but if the detail was on our bill we wouldnt need to check we were paying fir what we actually had ordered.
Reception staff could definitely be more welcoming, smiley and informative.... (apart from the lovely blonde lady who was chatting away happily to her customers checking in)
All in all a nice break.
