not to be repeated
very poor attitude towards guests . receptionist seems to have forgotten she is in the hospitality sector . restaurant was closed even though they accepted our reservation for dinner bed and breakfast . Bar food was available to a limit of £50.00 but not what we were expecting. The leisure club was not available until exactly 3 oclock . the decor was dated and shoddy . The breakfast buffet was luke warm with 1 girl serving the whole dinning area. On the whole a very poor experience which we will not be repeating

Supposed to be a spa break could not get treatments pool was full we had to wait then it had teenagers messing around food was burnt wedding party made the stay overcrowded left first thing after breakfast to get home to relax

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at
Literally the worst hotel I have ever experienced. The customer service has been awful from start to finish. There’ was a wedding at the hotel and they were simply under prepared for the volume of people that were present. I will be contacting buyagift customer services for a full refund.

Fantastic!
Just left - had an amazing night away. It was a gift for my boyfriend for his 40th and our anniversary. The food was impeccable, we couldn’t resist having 3 courses it was so good! The bed was so comfortable and the staff and spa facilities were all fantastic. Such great value we’d love to come back!
