Lovely
Stunning Spa and facilities. We had the best time. On arrival we were given flip flops, towel & dressing gown. The gardens are lovely and we relaxed to start with our Prosecco then we proceeded to the spa area. Temperatures were just right and a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend. staff were nice and helpful

Lovely day at The Westcliff Hotel
It was quite busy when we arrived and some people kept hogging the jacuzzi, also people of phones in the relaxation room ?? but we made the most of it and decided to go upstairs to the covered larger pool. Once upstairs the weather was so good we decided to grab a couple of loungers and sunbathe. Afternoon tea was fab and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional especially the young lady who served us our afternoon tea. We would definitely go again, but I think timing is very important here as it is not a huge spa. On the whole a brilliant deal, thank you!

Received the voucher for my birthday and had an amazing massage! The team was very welcoming and professional, will definitely book again!
