Disappointed
I had high hopes when we walked in but soon realised that the facilities were small, basic and the toilet dirty. The staff were very nice and the massage was fine but the Spa seemed to be open to anyone who wanted to drift in from the swimming pool etc and so the sauna and steam room were full, even crowded. The swimming pool was a nice size but many were complaining that it was too cold. My husband and I have had many Spa days all over the world and this one was the poorest due to lack of facilities. It didn’t help that they decided to close the sauna and steam rooms to “deep clean” at 12 o'clock and then re open them at 1pm, meaning the bus ride there was hotter than the Sauna!

Lovely afternoon
Lovely afternoon, spa been refurbished so much nicer. Lovely to be able to go out onside on the sun terrace. Had 25min pedicure which was very nice, but they didn't remove any hard skin or push cuticle back which should be done on a pedicure. Still look good and would go back.

Not worth the money
No staff to be seen throughout the whole day. I had to ask a lady doing the massage to turn in the music in the relaxation room. Not worth the money.

Great value for money
We had a great spa day at Stratton House, 4 friends celebrating a retirement. We all had a treatment each and afternoon tea, plus use of the spa facilities. The setting is do beautiful… thanks to Jess for the back and arm facial/scrub, it was the best massage I’ve had.

Blissful Spa Day for 1 at 32A Health Club and Spa at The Springfield Hotel
NIce day, need more loungers/chairs outside as there were only four so you felt a bit exposed as I was on my own for the day and taking up a chair for possibly two sets of couples who then couldn't sit together. Happily got an upgrade tofu body massage by paying the difference. Lunch was nothing special but again maybe a poor choice on my part
