Spa day
Our treatments were cancelled on the day but we were allowed to use the facilities. Pool was warm and jacuzzi was lovely

Dreadful. Left after 15 Minutes
Arrived to be told that the Jacuzzi was being refurbished so was not available, the gents and ladies changing rooms had been swapped over due to maintenance issues in the ladies changing rooms, and our treatment times had been changed due to lack of therapists. We were given our robes, slippers and towels and proceed to the changing rooms. The men’s changing rooms were dirty, no hangers in lockers, showers out of order, and still accessed by men who had not read the sign. We proceeded to the pool to be greeted by noises of saws, drills and hammers from the jacuzzi refurbishment. The stairs shown in the picture are rusty and dilapidated. There are no views from the windows and the pool felt claustrophobic. The tiles around the pool are cracked and the whole experience was not going to provide the relaxing day expected so we decided to explore our options with the spa manager. The manager agreed and authorised a full refund. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present bought for me by my children to which I added extra monies to upgrade to a what I thought would be a five star experience. Would not recommend.
