What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available week-round, year-round, excluding the Christmas and New Year period and 6th–8th and 13th–15th of February
• Expect to be at the venue for between 2–4 hours
• The spa facilities are available from 5pm–8.30pm
• Please bring swimwear. A robe and towel are provided on the day
• Minimum age: 18 years
• The hotel has both indoor and outdoor disabled access
• Treatments cannot be offered, as there are no therapists on shift in the evenings
• Dinner includes a starter and main course. Some dishes may be subject to a surcharge
