You’ll get full access to Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve and Howletts Wild Animal Park from the moment you arrive to the time you leave, plus an epic safari to meet giraffes, gorillas, and maybe even a rhino or two. And because adventures require fuel, a breakfast roll and hot drink from the Pinewood Café is included too.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- This voucher is valid for up to four people
- Available Sunday to Friday, year round, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day and bank holidays
- Voucher cannot be used between 28th November 2025 to 3rd January 2026
- Bookings valid until 19th November 2026, exclude 26th November 2026 to 2nd January 2027
- Access to the reserve is from 9.30am on the day of arrival until 5pm on the day of departure
- Any age can stay as long as one guest is 18 years or older
- Please note, this experience has shared shower and toilet facilities
- Please inform the venue of any allergies upon booking
- Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 10am
- It is advised to wear appropriate and comfortable clothing during your visit
- For any cancellations, please inform the venue six weeks prior to arrival

Nice park but the pod is too small
The park is nice but the rainy weather might make the animals hide in somewhere. The pod is much smaller than expected since it does not like this size in the promo video…

Great stay
Had a great time at Port Lympne, spent the day exploring the zoo, went on the safari tide before checking into the Pinewood’s Pod, girl checked us in and was very pleasant & informative, Pod was incredibly hot & a fan would have been welcome but we managed, the grandchildren loved it especially at 3am when the Lions decided to roar, Ate at Babydolls which was a perfect place on the veranda to watch the eclipse, staff & food were great
Not the best & cleanest toilet block I have used but it served its purpose and the shower was good.
Breakfast could have been a bit more welcoming. Know it was hot but it was only 9.30 & they clearly couldn’t be bothered, had to ask for various basic things like plates bowls etc, not much choice of food & didn’t get asked if we wanted bacon or sausage in a roll which none of us realised we could have had
Spent the next day at Howletts which was also included in the package
Value for money and overall experience was fantastic

Best place to stay
I am so glad we stayed in the pods, they were right next to the lion inclosure and what a great experience it was. Our stay was money well spent. Both animal parks and breakfast included. The children loved the pods and games room..Thankyou a lovely stay. Would highly recommend
