Bought for us as a present. We were able to book excellent theatre seats, the tickets arrived and were retrieved easily and we had a great day. Excellent experience !

Completely Mis-sold
Bought this voucher and when I redeemed my voucher and tried to book the seats through Buyagift the level of seats were not available through their website even though they were available at the theatre. I ended up having to book seats that were of far less value than the voucher purchased. Upon contacting Buyagift which was not easy I would add, they have admitted this was misleading and have agreed to refund me the difference - which I have still not received!! I will never buy from them again.
