• Available week round, year round
• The experience takes place entirely on foot; teams should be comfortable covering around 3–5km at their own pace
• Multiple route options are available, including step-free routes, routes optimised for some sight impairments such as colour blindness and audio-free routes for those with hearing loss
• A dog-friendly route can be selected during set-up; Central London can be very busy during the festive period so dogs are not recommended at peak times
• Children of all ages can participate when accompanied by an adult. The lead purchaser must be at least 18 years old and children under 10 go free
• Free places are available for accompanying carers or support workers; these must be arranged directly with the experience provider
