What do I need to know?

• Your voucher is valid for four people
• Available on selected dates in June, August, September and October 2026 at participating regional venues; please contact the supplier for more information
• Please allow two hours for this experience
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled performance time
• The matinee performance opens at 1pm for a 1.30pm start; the evening performance opens at 7pm for a 7.30pm start
• Meals for under-3s will not be provided unless requested and will incur an additional cost
• Photography and filming are strictly prohibited
• Mobile phones, tablets, digital or smart watches and any other electronic equipment should be disabled when inside the venue
• Animals are not permitted inside the venue with the exception of assistance dogs
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements; all diets can be catered for but they must be specified in advance
• The dress code is smart-casual
