About the experience
Get your mix on and learn how to make a delicious bottle of gin or rum at Hogmoor Distillery! If you choose the gin-making experience, your day will kick off with a talk on the history of gin, from its very beginnings all the way to the current ‘ginaissance’. Next up, it’s time to get up close and personal with a whole host of fragrant botanicals. Choose your favourites to mix up into a bespoke 70cl bottle of gin to take home! If rum is your tipple of choice, then choose the rum-making class to distil your very own 700ml bottle of rum, choosing from a vast range of spices and botanicals. Each experience includes a selection of alcoholic beverages or soft drinks, as well as a tasty lunch. Get ready for a fun-filled experience that will teach you heaps of fun facts about your favourite tipple!
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for one person
- Available week round, year round
- The course will start at 10.30am and finish at 3.30pm
- Minimum age: 18 years
- You will join a group of up to 10 people
- Soft drinks will be offered for participants who are driving
- Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at point of booking
- There is disabled access to the venue via a ramp at the front of the building, however wheelchairs that raise or transfer will be required for the experience
