About the experience
Settle into an immersive gin school session at The Portsmouth Distillery, starting with a welcome drink and an introduction to gin’s history and the distillation process. A guided tour and tasting set the scene before exploring botanicals and how different flavour profiles are created. With expert guidance, distil and bottle a gin blend in a 70cl bottle, then end with a classic gin and tonic.
