About the experience
Kick off a spirited gin school experience for two at The Portsmouth Distillery, beginning with a welcome drink and an introduction to gin’s story and distillation. A guided tour and tasting follow, before botanicals and flavour profiles are explored in detail. The class moves on to the distillation of a 70cl gin blend, bottled to take home, with a gin and tonic to round things off.
