About the experience
Enjoy a memorable afternoon out at The Portsmouth Distillery, perfect for gin and rum lovers looking to discover more about how their favourite spirits are made. Set within the historic Fort Cumberland, this unique experience for two takes guests behind the scenes of our working distillery. One of our friendly and knowledgeable guides will lead the tour, sharing the story of The Portsmouth Distillery, the history of our fascinating home and an insight into how we create our range of artisan gin and rum. Following this, guests will head to our historic Powder Magazine to enjoy a guided tasting of a selection of our spirits. They can then choose their favourite to enjoy as a complimentary full-sized drink in our bar.
What do I need to know?

- Public tours run Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout the year
- Tours must be booked in advance and are subject to availability
